More Loot for Real Gold
In World of Warcraft: Legion, the first walls fell yesterday, and the “heavy” content is becoming accessible piece by piece. The raid “Emerald Nightmare” is now available in normal and heroic mode, and the “Mythic+” dungeons are being stormed by the first groups. The same applies to the world bosses, which can now also appear everywhere on the Broken Isles in the form of a world quest (one boss per week).
It’s annoying that both the world and raid bosses don’t always leave a coveted item behind. What wouldn’t one give for a second chance? And exactly this chance is provided through the weekly bonus rolls, or “bonus rolls.” However, each roll costs a Seal of the Broken Fate, which you can obtain in Dalaran in front of the Violet Hold. A maximum of 3 seals can be obtained per week, and the general maximum is 10.
The seals can be purchased from Archmage Lan’dalock in two ways, either for gold or class hall resources. The prices of the seals increase depending on which resource you buy them with. You need to pay 1000, 2000, or 4000 gold or resources; mixing them will make it cheaper.
Later, you can also receive one of the three seals for free in your class hall when the corresponding research level is reached – however, this will likely take a few days.
Using a seal occurs after defeating the respective boss. It’s best to think in advance about which boss you want to use the seal on. However, there is no guarantee – even with the use of the seal, you might end up with only a small amount of gold.
