For Legion, some special toys have been designed again for World of Warcraft. One refers to “Bejeweled” more than just a little.
A round of “Bejeweled” when everything is still
Who doesn’t know the problem? In the raid, you have to wait for the tank again, who unfortunately is a family man and has to exchange a few words with his wife “really quick”. Or you wait for the newcomer who has “totally forgotten” to learn the strategy for the boss in advance. Waiting is often a fixed and quite annoying part of World of Warcraft – so it makes sense to distract yourself with another game while playing, because time has to be used!
The developers of Legion probably understood this and provided the players with a toy that lives up to its name. It is based on the well-known “Bejeweled” games, where different colored gems must be combined to score points. In the WoW version of the game, however, players must combine various animals instead of gems to score points.
To be able to craft the epic toy “JewelCraft”, you need to have a character at the maximum level of 110 and also be a jeweler. The profession quest that awaits you in Legion for each craft grants you the ability to craft exactly this toy at the end.
And the best part? Other players can see when you are currently playing a round of “JewelCraft”, as the colorful animals float above your character. Never has it been more subtle to say “Hurry up!”
Earlier, there were various interface extensions that allowed you to simulate such games within Azeroth. Like so many fun ideas from fans, this one has now found its way into the actual version of the game.
