In the fantasy MMORPG World of Warcraft (WoW), it is now becoming apparent that Gnomes can become Hunters.
There is no official announcement yet, but on Twitter, two developers from WoW have hinted that Gnomes can indeed become Hunters.
Creative Director Alex Afrasiabi showed the image of a Gnome Hunter in the character creator and said: Senior Designer Jeremy Feasel is to be thanked for this. He and some others from the class team of World of Warcraft have been so persistent and advocated for Gnome Hunters that they eventually gave in.

Feasel is also tweeting quite happily some pictures of Gnome Hunters.

The community is currently still speculating whether this is really going to happen or if it’s just a particularly creative form of “trolling” – Gnoming, so to speak. The mechanical chicken is considered the favorite for the starting pet of the Gnome Hunter.
Especially nice comment from the community: You misunderstood, when we demanded Gnome Hunters, we wanted a class that hunts Gnomes!
