You can easily collect the last points of your professions in World of Warcraft right now – the Darkmoon Faire received an update.
Professions in World of Warcraft are not necessarily the most useful for many players right now, but collectors and fans of completeness still like to level them. However, the last skill points from Kul Tiras (Alliance) or Zandalar (Horde) can be expensive. Depending on the profession, you spend several thousand gold coins just to craft a few items that you then scrap. But the last points are now easy to obtain.
With Patch 8.1, the Darkmoon Faire has been slightly revised. This mainly affects the crafting quests, whose rewards have been brought up to date. They increase the respective crafting skill by up to 5 points upon quest completion, no matter how far you have already progressed. The quests are mostly very simple collecting tasks with no costs or requirements. This is especially worthwhile if you are close to the maximum of the respective profession because then the points are particularly valuable or expensive.
How long is the Darkmoon Faire there? As usual, the faire lasts exactly one week, from the first Sunday of the month to the second Saturday of the month – from 06.01.2019 to 12.01.2019. You can reach the faire via the portals in the Forest of Elwynn (Goldshire) or Mulgore (Thunder Bluff).
Reputation bonuses are also worthwhile: With the new Paragon rewards, the reputation bonus from the Darkmoon Carousel is also worthwhile. For one hour, all gained reputation (and the received XP) is increased by 10%. The perfect opportunity to earn some Paragon reward.
