The Broken Shore is now picking up speed, where players of WoW roam in other regions.
No matter how you turn it, since Patch 7.3, when World of Warcraft opened up the new planet Argus, the Broken Shore is practically deserted.
The old endgame area is lying fallow, and only very desperate players wander to the shore now and then to clear a few world quests or finish the Order Hall campaign.
But this has devastating effects on one of the most important mechanics of the area: The buildings. Netherdisruptor, Mage Tower, and Command Center require a constant influx of resources to be constructed. But without players, there are no resources. That’s why Blizzard has now drastically increased the rate for the construction of the three buildings on the Broken Shore. The goal was that “the buildings are completed as quickly as they were before Patch 7.3”.
But the hotfix from 09/08/2017 brought additional changes. We have listed all the things that are already active in the game:
Argus
A bug was fixed that allowed players to teleport to the next flight point in the Antoran Wastes, even if it was not yet unlocked.
Broken Shore
The rate of building construction has been increased in all regions.
Classes
Shaman
Restoration and Elemental Shamans now use the same animation for Chain Lightning.
Dungeons and Raids
The Deadmines
Defeating Glubtok should now yield loot again.
King of the Cleavers
Players should now find it easier to loot the necessary items for the quest “Go, Go, Guano!”.
The Temple of Atal’hakkar
Defeating the Shadow of Hakkar should now yield loot again.
Caverns of Time
Players should now find it easier to loot the necessary items for the quest “Deviate Hides”.
