The people of Kul Tiras in WoW can become druids. Their bear form looks terrifying!
On Reddit, it is often joked that the upcoming expansion for World of Warcraft should be titled “Battle for Hordezeroth” because the Horde is getting so many cool models and allied races. However, the latest version of the PTR turns the tables and brings a particularly cool Alliance model into the alpha version of Battle for Azeroth.
The people of Kul Tiras are also committed to druidism, similar to the former inhabitants of Gilneas. However, since their magic is more focused on dead objects, such as bones and branches, their druid forms look completely different from those of ordinary druids.
The bear form is a creepy tree construct, with glowing green eyes and a sinister mask. Definitely the sight of a creature you don’t want to encounter.
The model alone is not a guarantee that the people of Kul Tiras will become an allied race, but the chances have drastically increased. It seems likely that Alliance players will also be able to play thick and thin people in the future. However, this will probably not be the case at the launch of the expansion but will be added later with a subsequent patch. After all, Blizzard announced that more allied races would follow after the original 6.
The other druid forms of Kul Tiras have not yet been found in the game data. They will likely appear only in a later patch.
What do you think of the bear form of the “Kul Tiras” druids? Is the model successful? Or does it have no chance compared to the bear form of the Zandalari trolls?
