The WoW gifts through Twitch continue. This time, however, you only have a very short time to secure three rewards.
World of Warcraft Dragonflight continues to aggressively vie for attention and tries to keep interest high on Twitch. New rewards for watching streams will be given away, and in just a few days, it will continue. After a mount recently sold for up to $3,000, more rewards are following that required real money.
In total, there is a new mount and a battle pet.
What are the mounts and pets? Both the “Cenarius Youngling” and the “Swift Windsteed” were available for purchase in the game’s shop. For the pet, you had to pay 10 €, while you could get the mount for a proud 20 €.
Especially the Cenarius Youngling has an interesting past, as Blizzard did not keep the money from the sale of the pet but donated it for a good cause – at that time, an earthquake and the resulting tsunami devastated Japan.
How do you get the two items? As usual, the two rewards can be obtained by watching WoW streamers on Twitch who have “drops” active on their channel during a specific period. You can usually recognize this in the title, but it can also be checked in the top right corner of the menu. It is important that you have linked your Battle.net account with your Twitch account.
When do you have to watch? The event period is from December 10 at 09:00 to December 13 at 20:59. You have just over 3 days to watch a total of 8 hours of streams.
- To receive the Cenarius Youngling (pet), you need to watch for 4 hours and then redeem the reward.
- To obtain the “Swift Windsteed”, you must redeem the Cenarius Youngling, then watch for another 4 hours and redeem the Windsteed as well.
It doesn’t matter if you’re “actively” watching and have the stream in the foreground. Those who just want to grab the reward can mute the stream and let it run in the background while playing WoW themselves.
Right after this Twitch drop, the next one is already waiting, because then you can receive a permanent firework. Since this coincides with the start of the “World First” race, WoW fans will likely be watching the pros.
