The BlizzCon 2017 is still about 7 weeks away, but Blizzard is already making a big promotional push. In WoW, there are already 2 awesome new mounts!
If you do not want to fly to California to experience the BlizzCon 2017, Blizzard’s major trade fair, live on-site, you can also enjoy the event from your PC at home. For €30, you can get the Virtual Ticket, which allows you to watch all the streams from Blizzard’s trade fair.
But owners of a Virtual Ticket not only get to enjoy the streams, but also some in-game goodies. The first of these was unveiled yesterday during the pre-show for BlizzCon. Two new mounts for World of Warcraft! This was revealed last night (September 13, 2017) during the pre-show for BlizzCon.
Buyers of the ticket receive a new mount for both Horde and Alliance.
- Alliance characters can ride the Stormwind Skyhunter and
- Horde players can climb into the Orgrimmar Interceptor.
The mounts are not only quite detailed and have a cool “/Mountspecial” animation (they open fire), but they also have another great feature: A second player can fly along!
If you wish, you can escort your friends through World of Warcraft or ensure that the “typical slacker” is at the dungeon entrance on time for the raid start this time.
The mounts are already available in World of Warcraft. Those who decide to purchase the Virtual Ticket (Link to BlizzCon Virtual Ticket page), will find both mounts in their collection after the next login to the game.
BlizzCon takes place this year on November 3rd and 4th. As usual, Blizzard’s trade fair will cover all the publisher’s games – including World of Warcraft, Hearthstone, Overwatch, Heroes of the Storm, Diablo 3, and StarCraft 2.
