Do you want to farm Bronze Dragon Celebration Tokens in World of Warcraft? We will reveal all the sources available for the tokens.
Update 30.10.2024: Blizzard has drastically increased the acquisition of the tokens. The numbers mentioned in this article are no longer correct. You can find the new numbers in this article.
The 20th anniversary of World of Warcraft is currently being celebrated, which means there’s a lot for players to do. Anyone who wants all the rewards needs to farm a lot of tokens. However, the Bronze Dragon Celebration Tokens are highly limited in their availability – you cannot farm them infinitely. However, this is only half as bad; after all, you have almost 10 weeks to earn all the rewards.
In this article, we will show you all known sources for Bronze Dragon Celebration Tokens so you won’t miss any.
All sources for Bronze Dragon Celebration Tokens in World of Warcraft
In total, you can earn 48 Bronze Dragon Celebration Tokens in the first week of the event.
Important Note: Currently, some quests do not display a Bronze Dragon Celebration Token as a reward. In that case, it might be better to wait to turn in the quest until Blizzard fixes the error or clarifies whether this is intentional. In doubt, this could reduce the maximum number of Bronze Dragon Celebration Tokens obtainable.
One-Time Sources
One-time sources are quest lines that you can complete only once. They do not reappear and can, therefore, only be completed once by each account. They are:
- Best wishes (Meet and Greet) – 3 tokens
- Shopping spree! (Shopping Squee!) – 5 tokens
- The Truth of the Dark Iron Dwarves (Truth of the Dark Irons) – 5 tokens
This totals to 13 Bronze Dragon Celebration Tokens.
Weekly Sources
Weekly sources can be completed every week. A “week” in World of Warcraft always starts on Wednesday at 6:00 AM and ends the following Wednesday at 5:59 AM.
Sources in Khaz Algar
In Khaz Algar, the Bronze Dragon Celebration Tokens have been added as additional rewards for most activities. You can earn Bronze Dragon Celebration Tokens from the following tasks:
- The Theatre Troupe (World Event Quest on the Isle of Thorns – 1 token)
- Shifting gears on some issues (Scenario Quest in the Echoing Depths – 1 token)
- In the deepest depths (Collecting Wax in Khaz Algar, Quest in the Echoing Depths – 1 token)
- Spread of Light (World Event Quest in Healing Fall, one of the quests of the Little Lamps – 1 token)
- Weekly Quest for “The Severed Threads” (Azj-Kahet – 1 token)
- 2x Special Assignment World Quests (appear Wednesday and Saturday – 1 token each)
- Defeat the current World Boss (1 token)
- “Sparks of War” PvP Quest (1 token)
- 2x Weekly PvP Quests (1 token each)
- Weekly PvP Skirmish (1 token)
- 2x Weekly Quests from Thornogal (1 token each)
- Defeating Queen Ansurek (LFR or higher – 3 tokens)
This results in a maximum of 17 Bronze Dragon Celebration Tokens. If you forgo PvP content, the maximum is 13 Bronze Dragon Celebration Tokens.
Sources at the Anniversary Event
At the Anniversary Event, right in Tanaris, there are also a number of weekly quests that you can complete. There are also plenty of Bronze Dragon Celebration Tokens to earn there.
- Celebrate and have fun! (Celebrate Good Fun!) – 3 tokens
- Timely Gate Crashers (Timely Gate Crashers) – 3 tokens
- Chromie’s Codex (Chromie’s Codex) – 3 tokens
- An Original Path Through Time (An Original Path Through Time) – 3 tokens
- Disturbance Detected: Blackrock Depths (Disturbance Detected: Blackrock Depths) – 3 tokens
- Soldier of Time (Soldier of Time) – 3 tokens
If you complete all these activities, that’s another 18 tokens.
Can you repeat this with twinks? No! All sources for Bronze Dragon Celebration Tokens are bound to the War Party, so you can only complete them once. Players with many characters do not have an advantage in this event. This means that you will be quite busy if you want all the rewards. But don’t worry: Once you’ve earned 100 Bronze Dragon Celebration Tokens, you can farm more much faster.
Without tokens, you can even farm a mount – it just takes a little time.
