After the burning of the World Tree Teldrassil in World of Warcraft, Horde players see new hope for their faction in the old warrior Saurfang. To support him, they demand that the Horde hides their shoulder armor.
The new cinematic for Battle for Azeroth had much to offer for the Horde. Not only did the fan-favorite “Zappy Boi”, a young troll, return in “Old Warrior”, but there was also resistance against Sylvanas’ actions. Players see in the protagonist of the cinematic, Varok Saurfang, a new hope for an honorable Horde and show their support in a special way.
Horde, hide your shoulders!
This is shown in the cinematic: Varok Saurfang does not support Sylvanas’ decision after the burning of Teldrassil and wants to finally find an honorable death in battle. He removes his shoulder pieces and wants to face the Alliance forces alone.
“Zappy Boi”, the young troll who has won the hearts of the players, follows his example and convinces Saurfang after a conversation to “live a little longer”. They have nothing left but the Horde.
Players call for initiative: On Reddit, Horde players are currently calling for support for Saurfang and for an honorable Horde to “remove their shoulder armor”. This is easily done through the “hide” option in transmog.

In the WoW subreddit, even Alliance supporters have already been found who want to join the movement.
Sylvanas supporters form counter-movement: Players who still remain loyal to Sylvanas have also called for an initiative. Instead of removing or hiding their shoulders, they have announced in the WoW subreddit to wear the largest shoulders they can find.
Which player stands behind Sylvanas and which behind Saurfang, you will soon recognize by the shoulders of their characters.
What about you? Do you want to join one of the movements or do you find such things silly?
