With Battle for Azeroth, leveling Twinks could become significantly easier. The reason for this is an early Flight Master’s whistle.
The Flight Master’s whistle allows players in World of Warcraft to teleport to the next outpost with just one click. This is a strong advantage at max level and a huge time saver. With Battle for Azeroth, you can obtain this whistle much earlier and use it at level 110 in Zandalar and Kul Tiras.
Flight Master’s whistle available at level 110. In order to unlock the Flight Master’s whistle on secondary characters, you need to have a character at the new max level – that is, 120. Then log in with your Twink and head to the Docks of the Horde in Zuldazar. Nathanos Blightcaller will have the whistle ready for your character. Alliance players, on the other hand, go to Boralus, visit the harbor there, and collect the whistle from Wyrmbane’s ship.
Cross-Faction? By the way, the whole process works across factions. If you have a Horde character at 120 and start an Alliance Twink, then the Twink can pick up their whistle at level 110. Conversely (Alliance main and Horde Twink), it works the same way, of course.
Effort in Legion. In the (still) current expansion Legion, earning the Flight Master’s whistle was more cumbersome. Characters had to reach max level first and then also earn a friendly reputation with all factions. Later, these requirements were reduced – then players only needed a friendly reputation, and Twinks gained access upon reaching max level.
However, keep in mind that this information comes from the beta. It may change before the release.
