How to complete the quest “Rapid Fire Plans” in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight. You need to farm 8 primal flame fragments and then shape them into a sphere of primal flames.
What kind of quest is this? In the zone Awakening Coast on the Dragon Isles, you will find the side quest Rapid Fire Plans. You receive it at the Skyhigh Observatory. Unfortunately, after accepting the quest, it does not automatically show where you can find the required items.

Rapid Fire Plans – Locations for the Fragments
Where should you search? You accept the quest at the entrance at the coordinates 67.07, 56.56 approximately. Fly southeast from there, across the marked river on the map. You will then see an area with lava and glowing cracks ahead of you.
There, opponents like “Ash Spark” and “Magma Shaper of the Primalists” roam around. When you take them down, they have a chance to drop primal flame fragments.
Just take down the mobs there until you can collect 8 of the primal flame fragments. Once you’re done, you just need to look for the fragments in your bag and right-click. After a short casting time, you will then shape the fragments into a sphere.
After that, the quest is ready to be handed in, and you can return to the NPC where you accepted it.
