The battle for Azeroth is already raging in World of Warcraft. The Alliance is marching against Undercity!
Just a week ago, the cinematic was revealed in World of Warcraft, where Sylvanas ignited Teldrassil and extinguished a large part of the civilization of the Night Elves. Now, the Alliance seeks revenge and plans to conquer the Eastern Kingdoms – the battle for Undercity has begun!
Revenge for Darnassus. The Alliance is calling for a counterattack. In response to the burning of Teldrassil, Anduin leads the troops of the Alliance to take revenge on Sylvanas. Following a swift attack, Brill is annihilated and a path of destruction is carved through Tirisfal – there, the Alliance forces take their positions.
A scenario in two variants. Depending on whether you are playing as the Alliance or Horde, you will see the scenario from different perspectives – however, the general process is the same. Alliance players attempt to storm and conquer the Undercity, while Horde members prepare defenses and aim to repel the enemy troops. It’s a constant back and forth – we won’t reveal the exact outcome of the battle just yet.
Anyone who wants to see the three cinematics from the event immediately can check them out here:
How can you participate in the battle of Undercity?
Undercity for all players. The battle for Undercity is part of the pre-event for Battle for Azeroth and is therefore available to all players – regardless of whether they have purchased Battle for Azeroth or not. After the server maintenance on August 8, 2018, the starting quest should be available. The quest begins automatically when you are in a capital city and have completed the other steps of the pre-event “War of the Thorns”. Anduin or Sylvanas calls you to their side.
Have you played the battle for Undercity yet? How did you like the scenario and which side are you on?
