A warrior collects in World of Warcraft as crazily as almost no one – he is on the verge of owning all 11,259 templates …
The beauty of MMORPGs like World of Warcraft is that everyone can set their own goals and does not necessarily have to chase the same things. Some may enjoy PvP battles, others like to raid, and still others love to indulge in pet battles. And then there are a few who just enjoy collecting transmog – and indeed every single one that exists. One such person is DesMephisto, who sounds close to his great success.
Who is DesMephisto? If the name sounds somewhat familiar to you – you are right. DesMephisto is considered the warrior lover par excellence in World of Warcraft, as he has brought over 46 warriors to the max level and almost worships this class. He is also known for some speed-level guides – or rather his hunt for transmog.
What has now happened? In the World of Warcraft subreddit, DesMephisto published a screenshot of the addon “ALL THE THINGS”. It shows his current collection and hunt for wearable plate items that he has been pursuing since Battle for Azeroth.
In the meantime, he is extremely close to his goal, as he is only missing 8 plate templates – from all of World of Warcraft. Then he will have completed his collection, obtaining all plate items as transmog that there are.
It is also interesting that out of these 8 missing items, 4 come from the mythic Castle Nathria and drop from the first 3 bosses – so far he has simply had no luck.
Why does the addon still show 13 missing items? This is because “ALL THE THINGS” displays items with multiple sources multiple times, even if they provide items with identical appearances. Hence, the screenshot shows 5 more items than DesMephisto actually needs.
How much percent of your available armor have you already collected in WoW? Do you reach a similarly impressive amount like 99.88%? Or are you miles away from it?

In the meantime, DesMephisto also needs to hurry up a bit. Because with Patch 9.2 Eternity’s End, there are bound to be a whole bunch of new plate items, pushing the number “100%” far away again …
