Winning a duel against level 60 players at level 10? As a rogue in WoW Classic, it is possible – you just need an evasion value of 117%.
In World of Warcraft Classic, Azeroth is not yet as well-balanced as it is in later versions of the game. Even though the corruption effects in Retail allow for insane damage output, the really nasty outliers are in Classic. Like a rogue at level 10 who can win duels against level 60 characters. Because he is simply invulnerable.
What can be seen? The colleagues from Buffed have dug up a video from the player and YouTuber Exehn. On his night elf rogue, he has achieved an impressive feat. The rogue Exehnr cannot be hit anymore, as she has an evasion value of a staggering 117%. Although the rogue is only at level 10, other characters simply cannot hit her with many frontal attacks.
This was proven in several duels against rogues and druids. While Exehnr herself rarely hits for a few damage points, that is still more than her opponents – as they never land a hit.
How is this possible? The character has extremely many items that inherently provide agility. Since agility is converted into evasion and each point of agility brings a lot of evasion at level 10, one can raise this value to unforeseen heights. Combined with the right enchantments, potions, and buffs, this results in a value of 117%. Such values cannot be achieved at higher levels.
We also reported on Exehnr a few months ago. Back then, he was in the Deadmines and defeated the final boss VanCleef solo at level 10. Because he only has melee attacks, he has no chance against the un-hittable rogue.
Can the rogue still be defeated?
Is the rogue really immortal? No. He simply cannot be hit by melee attacks. Spells and ranged attacks still harm the rogue and have their full effect. Furthermore, evasion is only possible as long as you are looking in the direction of the enemy. If a character were to attack from behind, the entire evasion value would disappear and Exehnr would likely die after a few hits.

Nevertheless, it is still a cool achievement that definitely shows what is possible in World of Warcraft Classic if you pursue a goal using all possible means.
