What kind of place is this? It is a mountain somewhere in Dun Morogh, the starting area of the dwarves. The exact location has not been revealed by the explorers yet. It seems, however, that it is quite hard to reach, as the slopes look quite steep. They probably had to fight through several jumping passages.
The mountain top – or rather the tops – are quite rounded and extremely smooth with a notch right in the middle, like a … butt. Additionally, at the ends of the two buttocks, there are also long extensions that look like legs.
To make matters worse, what is on the other side of the “legs” also resembles a lowered back with a hollow back including a neck and shoulder blades. If a designer didn’t have fun there …
Players Discover Inappropriate Things Again and Again
Why is this coming out now? WoW Classic launched extremely successfully in 2019 and has managed to retain many players despite some losses. It is therefore not surprising that fans continue to discover new things or rediscover old curiosities.
The “Ass Hill” isn’t even the only curiosity in the “perverse” category. Players report that somewhere in Ahn’Qiraj there is a “flaccid penis” found where it is “fun to hang out” (the pun is not ours, via vg247).
Ahn’Qiraj has not yet been opened; it will come in the later Phase 5 of WoW Classic, so we currently lack an up-to-date picture. Right now, only the Blackwing Lair is accessible, followed by several more phases.
Innuendos in later WoW: The relatively obvious representation of body parts has continued even after Classic. In Argus, an area from Legion, there is a bridge that looks roughly like a penis on the map, and in the starting area of the blood elves (Burning Crusade), there is a mosaic penis on the ground that could hardly have been placed there by coincidence.
