The prepatch of Legion has positioned new vendors in World of Warcraft. We will tell you where to get new toys for your class and missing glyphs.
More Druid Forms and “Confession” for the Priest
With the Prepatch 7.0.3 for World of Warcraft many new systems were introduced, but some were also removed. Most glyphs are now a thing of the past. Only the former “small” glyphs are still available for cosmetic purposes and can be directly used on the spellbook. A handful of glyphs seem to have been removed from the game. These effects can now be found in the form of spellbooks and new toys all over Azeroth. Wowhead has created a list that shows all these new items. We certainly do not want to withhold this list from you.
Death Knights need to head to Archerus. Commander Thalanor now sells “Necrotic Tome: Corpse Explosion,” which teaches you the spell of the same name.
Druids make a detour to the Moon Glade and seek out the vendor Lorelae Winterbloom. She has 5 tomes for Druids in tow. One each for “Treant Form”, “Deer Form”, “Track Beasts”, “Friend of the Forest” and the exclusive Moonkin ability “Flapping”. Additionally, there is the toy Nature’s Beacon, which allows you to teleport to a random location in the nature of the game world every minute.
Here are the gadgets at new vendors for Hunters, Mages, Monks, and Paladins
Hunters set off for Northrend and travel to the Sholazar Basin. At the camp of Hemet Nesingwary, the Tauren Mardan Thunderhoof sells several tomes. You can use them to teach your companion to play dead, loot corpses from monsters, and grant yourself the aspect of the chameleon. The toy “Hunter’s Call” lets you briefly summon an animal that accompanies the hunter for a short time. A detour to Dalaran is worthwhile, as the engineer shop offers the hunter ability to create fireworks.
Mages also head to Dalaran to seek out the vendor Endora Goldleaf. She teaches you through books how to understand the languages of all other allies and grants access to the spell “Illusion”. Additionally, she has two toys for Mages that adjust the visual effect of Arcane Intellect or summon a small companion using the “Familiar Stone”. New are 3 variants for the “Polymorph” spell. “Bear Cub” can be collected in Northrend from Arctic Grizzlies, “Porcupine” from the same-name creatures in Pandaria, and “Monkey” from various monkeys and Hozen, including those in Pandaria.
Monks travel as usual to the Peak of Serenity and grab the “Meditation Manual: Zen Flight” from Master Hwang.
For Paladins, the journey takes them to the Eastern Plaguelands to the Chapel of Hopeful Light. The Quartermaster Miranda Brighthope sells the ability “Meditate”, which allows Paladins to pray for a moment. Supposedly it helps.
World of Warcraft: Cosmetic Glyphs and Roleplay Toys
Priests also fly to the chapel, as Miranda Brighthope offers the toy “Orb of the Thaumaturge”, which grants either a holy orb or shadow raven effect depending on your specialization. To regain the effect of the glyph “Confession”, Priests must go to Dalaran into the sewers. In the north, you occasionally find the undead vendor Cravitz Lorent, who has the “Scarlet Book of Confession” in stock. However, this vendor is only present for a few minutes every few hours!
Rogues head to the aforementioned Cravitz Lorent to reclaim “Reveal”.
For Shamans, the journey takes them to Nagrand in the shattered world and travel to the Throne of Elements. Elementalist Sharvak has a wide selection of 4 different toys. Among them are totems and elemental stones, as well as the effect of frog rain. At Cravitz Lorent (see Priest), Shamans can acquire the ability to transform enemies into a cockroach.
