Where can I find the Chromatic Blade? Just like before, the Chromatic Blade drops from Scale Belly in Stranglethorn Vale. The rare mob is located in the Crystal Mine in the far north. It has a respawn timer of about an hour, and usually, many players gather at its spawn point. Either lie in wait during the night or early morning or rely on a lot of luck and patience.
What makes the Chromatic Blade special? The Chromatic Blade is the only two-handed sword in World of Warcraft that comes with a very special glow. It shimmers in all the colors of the rainbow. This effect cannot even be achieved with weapon enchantments – it is the only blade in World of Warcraft that has this effect.
