Great improvements are coming for several classes in World of Warcraft. We will reveal who will soon be significantly stronger than before.
Although Season 3 of The War Within in World of Warcraft has been running for quite a while, the balance is not yet perfect. Some classes and specializations do not deliver the performance necessary to keep up with others.
Therefore, some major buffs are on the way in the coming days. This not only affects DPS specializations, but also a few healers are getting significant improvements. Especially Holy Priests can look forward to big buffs. Hunters, Commanders, and Druids are also on the winning side.
Buffs in WoW – All Strengthening on 09/10/2025
What will be changed? All the planned changes are detailed here for you:
Death Knight
- Blood
- All damage is increased by 6 %.
- The armor of Bone Shield is increased by 10 %.
Druid
- Balance
- All damage is increased by 5 %.
- Mother Eagle’s Ornaments, 2-piece set: Starfire deals 15 % increased damage (previously 20 %).
- Elune’s Chosen: The damage of Minor Moon and Fury of Elune is reduced by 10 %.
Commander
- Enhancement
- The damage of Command Squadron Disintegrate (2-piece bonus) is increased by 10 %.
- Scale Commander: Bombardments deal 25 % more damage.
- Devastation
- Deep Breath deals 20 % more damage.
- The damage of Command Squadron Disintegrate (2-piece bonus) is increased by 10 %.
- Scale Commander: Bombardments deal 25 % more damage.
- Preservation
- Deep Breath deals 20 % more damage.
Hunter
- Beast Mastery
- All damage is increased by 4 %.
- Kill Shot has been updated. Barrel! Now has a 20 % chance to trigger Kill Shot (previously 10 %).
- Dark Ranger: Bonus damage from The Bell Strikes is increased to 10 % (previously 6 %).
- Dark Ranger: Shared damage from Phantom Pain is increased to 45 % (previously 30 %).
- Dark Ranger: Dark Powder deals 25 % more damage.
Priest
- Holy
- The healing of the spell Healing is increased by 12 %.
- The healing from Radiant Burst is increased by 40 %.
- Archon: Empowered Waves increases the healing from Flash Heal affected by Wave of Light by 45 % (previously 30 %).
- Discipline
- Penitence heals for 33 % of damage dealt (previously 28 %).
- The healing from Penitence is increased by 100 % while outside a raid group (previously 125 %).
When do the changes go live? As usual, such buffs and adjustments go live on the next Wednesday along with maintenance, that is in the early morning hours of 09/10/2025. If your class has been a bit weak so far, you just have to wait a few more days to finally deliver more performance and catch up with the others. Then you might not need blatant lies anymore to get taken into dungeons.
