The bonuses of the Collector’s Edition for the next expansion of World of Warcraft have been extracted from the game data. We reveal what awaits you.
The current update of World of Warcraft, Patch 7.3.5, has been live for several weeks now, yet data miners are still finding new hints and information in the depths of the game data. Three new achievements have been discovered that each distinguish the character as the owner of the Collector’s Edition of Battle for Azeroth.
Since Battle for Azeroth has a strong focus on the difference between Horde and Alliance, there are two different mounts.
- Alliance players receive the Seabraid Stallion, evidently a horse with special adornments.
- Horde players will have the Gilded Ravasaur, a mount raptor, presumably with the adornments of the Zandalari trolls.
- Both factions also receive a small pet, Tottle – a Tortollan, a new turtle species.
Currently, in addition to the achievements, there are only the icons of these rewards.
Further rewards for pre-orderers?
It is not yet known if there will be more rewards, for example for pre-ordering. However, fans speculate that pre-orderers may already create a new character of the Allied Races ahead of time. They would then have enough time to level the corresponding character so that it is ready for the launch of Battle for Azeroth to move to Zandalar and Kul Tiras.
Blizzard recently launched the Alpha of Battle for Azeroth. It is only a matter of time before pre-orders for the next WoW expansion will be possible. Typically, the corresponding bonuses will be immediately available in the game.
So far, none of these rewards have fitting models in the game; they may either be encrypted or simply not yet included in the game.
