The last quest on the Isle of Thorn in World of Warcraft is somewhat hidden and not so obvious. We’ll reveal how you can complete it.
With the expansion The War Within, there are plenty of quests to complete in World of Warcraft again. Only a small fraction of them belong to the main campaign; the majority consists of side quests that tell local stories. However, to achieve the success for completing an area, you must complete all quests – and that’s not so easy on the Isle of Thorn. This is because the quest line “Behind Closed Doors” is somewhat hidden.
Which success is it about? We’re talking about the success “Visitor of the Isle of Thorn”. To achieve this success, you must complete all quests available on the Isle of Thorn. However, most heroes can’t find the cursed last quest line for the success. This is because the entry “Behind Closed Doors” is missing.
How can you complete the quest line? This is somewhat hidden, as the solution is not obvious. To complete the last quest line on the Isle of Thorn, you must have already advanced to the next area. You need to complete the main campaign in the Sounding Depths until you receive the success “The Sounding Depths”.
Only then can you accept the quest “The Charge of the Council Leader” from Saradi in the Sounding Depths, which leads you back to Dornogal. Follow this quest line until you complete “The Machine Den”.
After that, you can accept the quest “Incitement” at a poster in Dornogal at coordinates 46 / 47. Follow this quest line until you receive and complete the final step “Evil Business”. Congratulations, this will finally give you the sub-success “Behind Closed Doors” and thus the coveted success “Visitor of the Isle of Thorn”.
By the way, it’s very similar in many other areas as well. Numerous quests only unlock once you have made progress in other zones. The areas are thus more interconnected than in other expansions. For some, this is annoying, but in the end, it contributes to a good, cohesive story. Especially this time, there are also truly dark quests.
