The props from the “World of Warcraft” movie are being auctioned off. Those with the right “spare change” can snag some really cool armor!
A large part of the props from the movie “Warcraft: The Beginning,” the “World of Warcraft” film, will be sold during an auction on May 14. Anyone interested in the many individual pieces can bid on numerous items that will likely become sought-after collectibles in the coming years.
The selection is quite large, and most of the displayed objects were prominently featured in the film. Among them are the staff of the last guardian, Medivh, and the dagger of Garona, which is used to assassinate the king.
Available for bidding:
- A complete Alliance knight’s armor
- A golden shield of the Alliance with the lion
- A weapon rack with several polearms
- A colored map of movie Azeroth
- Garona’s dagger
- Khadgar’s notebook with sketches
- The horse armor of King Llane
- A shield with the symbol of Lordaeron
- Medivh’s staff
- An orcish axe
- The notice board from Stormwind

Sale of the Props – Does this rule out a second film?
For some fans, the sale of the props is also seen as a nail in the coffin for hopes of a second Warcraft film. The reasoning goes that if the props were still needed, they certainly wouldn’t be up for sale – as some comments have suggested.
