Aggramar – It’s getting hot!
Aggramar is a fallen titan who has now sworn allegiance to Sargeras and is trying to bring his brothers and sisters to him as well. He defends his life very effectively.
Damage Dealers:
- Spread out to shorten the paths for Scorching Fire. Avoid the spell and carry it away from others to minimize damage to the group.
- Absorb damage during the Flame Cut of Taeshalach Technique with the group while avoiding the Willbreaker and the Scorching Storm!
Healers:
- Spread out to shorten the paths for Scorching Fire. Avoid the spell and carry it away from others to minimize damage to the group.
- Absorb damage during the Flame Cut of Taeshalach Technique with the group while avoiding the Willbreaker and the Scorching Storm!
- During the interphase (and afterwards in heroic mode), Explosions of Embers apply stacking DoTs to all players and cause initial damage. Ensure the group has enough health before each explosion.
Tanks:
- Stand together whenever Aggramar is not casting Taeshalach Technique. This way, you collectively absorb the hits from Taeshalach’s Grip.
- Swap at about 5-7 stacks of Taeshalach’s Grip to let the debuff run out.
- Absorb Willbreaker alone during Taeshalach Technique and then turn the boss into the group for Flame Cut.
If you have also defeated Aggramar, only one path separates you from the final boss of Antorus.
Argus, the Unmaker – And the world will end
Argus, the planet itself, has fallen to Sargeras and is now fighting you. To prevent him from obliterating all of creation in his fury, you must lead him to his premature end beforehand.
Damage Dealers:
- Move to the Gift of the Heavens or the Gift of the Seas to gain the respective buff. Try to maintain as many stacks of the more beneficial buff as possible.
- Move with the Avatar of Aggramar to avoid being killed by Soul Bomb if you are the target.
- Focus on a Constellar Unit whose weakness corresponds to your damage type.
- Collect Titanic Power Particles in the last phase of the fight if you have died. This allows Khaz’goroth to titanforge you.
Healers:
- Affected targets from Soul Explosion and Soul Bomb take high, rapid damage. Ensure they are not killed by the subsequent detonation and absorb the following damage.
- Move with the Avatar of Aggramar to avoid being killed by Soul Bomb if you are the target.
- Once the Gift of the Lifebinder withers, you must keep it alive to benefit from resurrections as long as possible.
- Collect Titanic Power Particles in the last phase of the fight if you have died. This allows Khaz’goroth to titanforge you.
Tanks:
- Swap at three stacks of Soul Swing to minimize damage from the ability.
- If you are the Avatar of Aggramar, lead the target of Soul Bomb to the edge of the platform to absorb the damage from the detonation.
- Constellar units with the Sword of the Cosmos and the Blades of Eternity must be tanked. Bind them to you before they kill nearby allies.
- The Constellar unit carrying the Sword of the Cosmos must not get closer than 20 meters to other units. Otherwise, it increases their damage by 20% for 3 minutes.
