With minimal effort and a bit of luck, loot at item level 400 is awaiting in World of Warcraft. Alliance players should seize this opportunity.
Last night (30.01.2018), the current cycle of the Warfront: Darkshore was completed. The Alliance has captured Darkshore and now has access to world quests and a world boss. This boss may drop valuable loot, as it has recently been upgraded.
Ivus’ inventory is now better: Ivus the Forest Lord has been adjusted with the start of Season 2 in Battle for Azeroth. His loot has been improved to match the current raid tier. All his items now have a minimum item level of 400, with the chance to also be warforged or titanforged (excluding Azerite items).
Bonus coin is a must: To double your chance for good loot, you should definitely take along a “Seal of Warforged Fate”, better known as a “Bonus Roll”. You can acquire this from various quests in Boralus (Alliance) or Dazar’alor (Horde) with the Astral beings. This gives you a second “roll” on loot from Ivus, and with a bit of luck, you might even snag two items!
Horde follows in a few days: While the Alliance is already benefiting from the upgraded Ivus, the Horde will have to wait a few more days. They have now begun gathering resources and will be able to participate in the Battle for Darkshore in a few days, which will also reward a guaranteed item at item level 400.
