In the fantasy MMORPG World of Warcraft , the next patch 6.2 will not yet mark the end of the saga of the “Warlords of Draenor.”
Three weeks ago, we asked: Is 6.2 the last patch for Warlords of Draenor, is that it? Now Blizzard gives the answer: “No.” There is still a lot of story left to tell. This is revealed by lead designer Ion Hazzikostas in an interview with Polygon.
But work is already underway on the next expansion. A content gap like after “Mists of Pandaria” with 13 months should not occur again. They are striving for a good balance between the frequency of content patches and the next “big thing.”
Details on what is coming with 6.3 or what the next WoW expansion will look like, Hazzikostas does not provide. A release date for 6.2 is also still pending. Hazzikostas quotes the official Blizzard company motto “Soon.” Generally, the next World of Warcraft Patch 6.2 is expected around mid-June.
