James “MrBeast” Donaldson is the biggest YouTuber in the world and known for his charitable projects. In a show, he mentioned that he does not have a proper work-life balance. He would not recommend anyone to be like him.

Regular content requires a lot of work. In a YouTube show, MrBeast spoke on June 27 about his approach as a content creator. He says, “I invest every penny I earn. I work every hour that I am awake. […] I have been doing this for 14 years (via YouTube at 42:30).”
However, MrBeast is not active on Twitch. Instead, Ninja was the top streamer there for a while:

Yes, because I go “all in,” I’m crazy. People should not be me. I have no life. I have no work-life balance. My personality, my soul, is to make the best videos possible and entertain my fans as well as I can. That’s why I exist on this planet. […] I do not recommend that.
You should have a work-life balance. You should not dedicate your entire life to one thing. Go and have fun. I am often unhappy. I have a mental breakdown every few weeks because I put so much pressure on myself.

What does he say about the pressure? While MrBeast talks about the lack of work-life balance, he laughs. It seems he is proud of his success, even though it comes with a lot of hard work. He is focused on his goals. He knows that people will stick around and watch.
He is not afraid of a crash. He has “no fear of anything,” MrBeast says in the video. “I have no idea what others are doing; I don’t care. I do my thing, and I will give my best to do it as well as possible.”
When asked if he feels a competitive urge, MrBeast laughs and says, “Oh, that would be great. If someone were to make videos, you know, at my level or better, and people would say, ‘This guy is better than MrBeast,’ I would go out of control; that would be crazy.”
