The Free2Play MMO World of Warships has just been released on PC. What about the latest military MMO from Wargaming for a version on Playstation 4 or Xbox One?
While World of Tanks is already on Xbox One and the tanks will soon roll out on Playstation 4 , the announcements for World of Warships are still cautious.
In an interview with Dualshockers, the Director of Global Operations, Ivan Moroz, said that they are currently focusing on the PC version and do not want to talk about other platforms. However, it would be logical to bring successful games to additional platforms.
The official stance at the moment is: Wargaming is not working on a console version of World of Warships. But they do not rule it out for the future.
It seems that they are making a console port dependent on the success of World of Warships on PC.
At World of Warships, a new tech tree has been announced for the Soviet forces on October 19, which is supposed to bring destroyers into the game.
