Today, World of Warships, the latest military MMO from Wargaming, sets sail. It is release day.
Wargaming is comparable to a well-oiled machine in the gaming sector: They produce, produce, produce, and when they are done, they produce something else.
Once they finish launching a game, it is supplied with new patches, war machines, maps, trinkets, and game modes, and gradually conquers additional platforms.
In the “World of” military series, they have long ventured into land (World of Tanks), air (World of Warplanes), and today, they officially set sail as well. With 2 million beta players backing them, they can be confident there is an interest.
World of Warships is officially out today and loses the protection offered by beta, essentially shedding its floaties. They celebrate this with this trailer:
