A total of 9 historical Soviet ships were added today to World of Warships. Check out the video to see what the new cruisers can do.
Starting today, March 24, 2016, the new update for World of Warships will also be available in Europe. Patch 5.4.0 brings a total of 9 new Soviet cruisers to the game, which players can use to dominate the seas. While historical accuracy has been prioritized again, there are also some new ships that never actually saw service in reality, but were planned (and in some cases even built) as successors to existing cruisers.
Unlike many other ships, the new ships have very powerful artillery: Powerful, precise, and with very long range. To balance this strength, however, most new cruisers have a very high citadel and a gigantic size, making them easy targets – provided they can be knocked out before the artillery strikes.
Since ships unfortunately present themselves so incredibly poorly (unless they are being controlled by anime girls), the lovely Dascha Perowa takes over in the video. Make sure to check it out to see everything that will be introduced with update 0.5.4 on the seas.
