In World of Warcraft the next expansion is set to launch this summer. Three trailers have been released for “The War Within” that highlight a new feature of the expansion.
The War Within is the new expansion for World of Warcraft, expected to release sometime this summer. With this expansion, the great World Soul saga will commence in the game, which will unfold over three expansions.
The expansion The War Within introduces new features aimed at both multiplayer fans and solo adventurers. Three major features were presented and explained in brief trailers during the alpha testing:
The Depths
What does this feature bring? The Depths are treasure vaults hidden beneath the surface. In the trailer, you can take a look at the numerous caves and tunnels you can discover in the Depths. Together with an NPC companion, you can plunge into the Depths and explore them.
In the Depths, you will defeat bosses alone or with up to four players and can earn epic endgame loot.
The War Bands
What does this feature bring? The new feature War Bands enables account-wide progress that your characters can share regardless of faction. The reputation factions and glory levels will also be cross-functional for the entire War Band.
This feature also allows you to easily store items and then use them with all your characters. For players who enjoy having many characters but don’t always have enough time for all of them, this will be a rather useful feature.
Dynamic Flying
What does this feature bring? The last trailer introduces dynamic flying, which was introduced in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight.
With the new expansion, revamped flying mounts that can also fly dynamically will be introduced. The War Within will provide many new race tracks to enhance your flying experience. You will have the option to switch between dynamic and classic flying.
