In the latest part of Blizzard’s short film series about World of Warcraft, the focus this time is primarily on one of the advisors of the King of the Alliance: the Draenei Maraad.
He was present when the city of Shattrath was attacked by the Orcs, and many Draenei fell victim to the seemingly endless onslaught of the demon-infested greenskins. What exactly distinguishes his fate from that of the other defenders of Shattrath, what burden he must carry for the rest of his life, and why King Varian Wrynn briefly doubts his advisor, you can find out best by watching the video. At the end of the short film, the king calls all heroes of the Alliance – that is, the players – to arms to prepare them for war; the Iron Horde is not far away.
