The upcoming update 9.19 for World of Tanks brings ranked battles, in which you can earn a special currency called War Bonds. These bonds are extremely valuable, as you use them to purchase special equipment.
World of Tanks – Update 9.19 improves equipment and directives
War Bonds can only be obtained in ranked battles and only at the end of sections. The amount depends on your ranking position. Additionally, there’s a large batch of bonds at the end of a season. You can use the bonds to purchase special equipment, which replaces the standard version of it.
- The ventilation system increases crew skills by 7.5 percent
- A stabilization system reduces dispersion during movement and turret rotation by 25 percent
- The innovative loading system reduces reload time by 12.5 percent
- The wear-resistant gun drive decreases target acquisition time by 12.5 percent
- An experimental optic increases visibility by 12.5 percent up to 445 meters
- The extended spare parts kit decreases repair speed by 40 percent
In addition to the improved equipment, there are new consumables called directives, which apply to a battle. They also cost bonds. Directives provide you with strong bonuses to your team performance or your equipment, such as a boost to your fire-fighting or even shorter reload times.
Patch 9.19 is still in beta but is expected to go live later this week.
