Niantic fulfills many players’ dreams with a long-awaited feature, but unfortunately, this only applies to Wizards Unite and not to Pokémon GO. The start button for raids is coming.
What is this feature? Those who fight in fortresses in Wizards Unite with friends can tell them via the start button when they are ready for battle. This way, you don’t have to spend annoying time in lobbies.
This is at least revealed by a text in the Galaxy Store, which teases the new feature. It says:
“A new feature has been added! When you enter a room with other players, you can now tap “Ready” to let your teammates know that you are ready to participate in the battle! You can also see when other players are ready to start the challenge. As a solo player, you can now skip the start timer by tapping “Start” and will be sent directly into the battle!”
Fans of Pokémon GO demand: We want it too!
This causes discontent: Players of Pokémon GO are disappointed with Niantic. Such a feature has been requested for years in Pokémon GO, as players have always had to wait 2 minutes there, whether everyone is ready or even if one is doing a raid alone.
Niantic has implemented this huge request within a few months in Wizards Unite, but Pokémon GO is still waiting.
