The rumor mill is buzzing because 7 influencers have taken a media break. Could this be related to the new season of 7 vs. Wild? MeinMMO has taken a closer look.
Who are the 7 influencers supposed to be the candidates? The 4th season of 7 vs. Wild is said to only feature 7 candidates again. The following are under suspicion:
- Influencer and streamer LetsHugo
- YouTuber Julia Beautx
- Fitness influencer Flying Uwe
- Outdoor expert Fritz Meinecke
- Outdoor influencer Survival_Deutschland
- Fitness influencer Jennifer Zienert
- Comedy influencer Selfiesandra
All 7 individuals are suspected to be involved in the new season of 7 vs. Wild. Clever Reddit users and the YouTuber nykesname have found hints about this. However, there is still a lack of evidence specifically pointing to 7 vs. Wild; only one participant can be linked to an outdoor project more concretely.
One of the potential participants is said to be LetsHugo:
Hints point to the new season
What hints are there? All potential candidates are taking a media break, and they are doing so at about the same time. LetsHugo announced his break to his community via WhatsApp, writing:
So here now only for you, I’m completely away from now on, I’m a bit scared but it’ll be fine, we’ll see each other again on May 27, Hugo is stepping down now.
Julia Beautx also announced her break a bit sadly. On Instagram, she says: “The next few weeks, a bit will be posted here in my name. So don’t be surprised. But I’m off now, love you all.”
Selfiesandra and Survival_Deutschland are also taking a 3-week media break. In the last story from Survival_Deutschland, Selfiesandra was even supposedly heard in the background; according to our ears, it may also have been someone else.
It gets particularly interesting with fitness influencer Jennifer Zienert. In one of her videos, she says, “[…] has to go on a little mission. But I can’t say this officially yet, she will be transported once by airplane to a distant place and has to fight for her survival there […]” That sounds very much like 7 vs. Wild, but it could also be another show like Desert Warrior.
There are still several more pieces of evidence suggesting the participants might be involved, some are more clear than others. For example, a new Twitch channel by Survival_Deutschland is seen as confirmation for future react formats. Hiking boots in a video by Flying Uwe are also regarded by some as a hint for participation in 7 vs. Wild.

It is unlikely that the new season is being filmed now
Why is this unlikely? When looking at the participants, the organization, and everything around it, the timing for a new season seems rather illogical.
For the involved influencers, 7 vs. Wild is most worthwhile because of the preparation videos. Since the participants are offline for 3 weeks, that means also 3 weeks of no income. For this reason, many film preparation videos to generate attention for the brand 7 vs. Wild. Filming the season secretly now seems very unusual.
Additionally, the timing for the season is much earlier than usual. All seasons of 7 vs. Wild have so far been filmed in August/September and then released during the pre-Christmas period. The logical consequence should be a filming location that is only possible now due to temperatures and weather conditions.
Isn’t it unusual for people to go offline at the same time? It can always be a big coincidence, but even if some of the candidates are participating in a show, the theory doesn’t necessarily have to be entirely true. It is also conceivable that some other show is preventing some of the participants from being available. Shows with German influencers are becoming increasingly popular, after all.
There could be a lot behind the “disappeared” individuals, but so far there are no concrete hints pointing to 7 vs. Wild. People on Reddit are always very clever when it comes to monitoring all social media channels of “7 vs. Wild” participants.
