WildStar has a lot to offer in the endgame at level 50 – but what exactly? We have created a small overview for you, whether you are solo or in a group.
What WildStar Has to Offer
For some players, MMORPGs end with reaching the max level, as leveling is the most fun for them. However, WildStar has placed a strong focus on the endgame right from launch, meaning the time after leveling.
However, the game is not very good at promoting to players what it has to offer. Many residents of Nexus have no clue what content lies dormant in the depths of WildStar, and they wonder: I’m level 50, what do I do now?
For this reason, we have created a small overview to draw your attention to the various areas of the game.
Solo PvE: Story, Expeditions, Dailies, and Quests that can also be done solo
Those who just reached level 50 are by no means done with the story of the game. The Gram Chamber is largely designed for level 50+, and the story surrounding Drusera continues into the newest areas. Those who want to know how the story about the Eldan, Drusera, and the entity ends cannot miss the four zones of the Gram Chamber.
What was previously known as the Cabin Boy Missions has now been renamed to Expeditions. During leveling, you often encountered Ekose inviting you to these mini-instances – and they still do so at level 50. Each expedition has an “experienced” mode designed for max level, featuring tougher opponents but also significantly better rewards.
If you want to casually prepare for group activities and grab some cool decorations (or simply enjoy the story of the expeditions), this is exactly the type of gameplay for you. The various expeditions can conveniently be accessed through the content finder, which you can open from anywhere.
Hated by some, celebrated by others: Daily Quests. Many players find daily missions in MMORPGs boring because they are always the same. But it is precisely this routine that appeals to many players who just want to casually play. WildStar offers several daily areas, often using modified versions of the starting zones.
If you want to increase your reputation with the local factions, you cannot avoid the so-called “Dailies”. For this, they are a relatively solid source of income in gold and other materials that can be gathered while completing them. With a bit of luck, the quests can also be combined with ProtoStar’s assignments…
It is also always worthwhile to take a daily look at the contract board of ProtoStar, where five different contracts are offered each day. You can find them in Thayd and Illium, and the guards can guide you. The various contracts offer smaller rewards in the form of currencies and gold while also accumulating contract points.
At certain thresholds, these points lead to significant rewards. Several platinum and excellent gear can be earned with a bit of ambition, without relying on large groups.
On the next page, we will discuss group activities in WildStar.
