Dear WildStar fans and those who want to become one or do not know better yet: This weekend, from Friday to Monday, a bonus beta weekend will take place. And basically, everyone can participate. Free of charge.
No hocus pocus is necessary for this, as a simple registration on the official WildStar website is sufficient.
We invite every person who has ever registered for WildStar to this beta event this weekend. That’s a lot of people – so you will meet plenty of friends to have fun with in battlegrounds, adventures, dungeons, and more!
But that’s not all! The level cap will be raised to level 25. This also means that you can now undertake the adventure “Northern Wilderness” at the new “end level”. Additionally, you will receive a cool hoverboard from the transport merchant.
The only downside, at least for some players: There is still no German localization, which is causing lively discussions on social networks. Not everyone speaks English, and the release isn’t far off either. Hopefully, the German version won’t end up giving the impression that it was done at the last minute. It can end well, but it doesn’t have to. The biggest challenge will probably be transferring WildStar’s humor into German in such a way that the wit doesn’t get lost along the way to the Nexus. But I’m optimistic for now.
