The alpha of the Western MMORPG Wild West Online is just around the corner. All participants should now receive their keys.
This weekend, everyone who has access to the alpha can dive into an initial test version of the online game. The keys, which serve as access to the test phase, have been sent out since yesterday, September 14th. If you haven’t received one yet, please check your spam folders or wait a little longer.
Alpha provides a first glimpse into the online game
With the alpha, you get a first – although still very early – glimpse into Wild West Online. You can explore the vast landscape and choose to side with either the lawmen or the outlaws. PvP is generally possible everywhere, but it comes with heavy penalties. Bounties are placed on criminals, allowing lawmen to hunt them down and take all their belongings.
Survival and Refunds
Survival is at the heart of Wild West Online, as you must try to survive in the desert, which involves gathering resources and crafting. The developers have grand plans for their game. For example, bank robberies or train heists are planned, and it will be possible to play various card games in saloons.
If you want to try it out yourself but don’t have access to the alpha yet, you still have the chance to purchase a Pioneer or Collector Founders Pack. The developer team offers the possibility to get your money back until September 27th if you absolutely do not like the game.
