In Destiny 2, Season 7 starts on June 4. The new exotic pulse rifle Perfected Outbreak could be one of the big winners and should not be missing from any Guardian’s arsenal.

Why the weapon could be important in Season 7
A number of factors now indicate that this strong weapon could also play an important role in the upcoming season. Therefore, it is worth acquiring this firearm along with its masterpiece catalyst before the new season begins and, if possible, leveling the catalyst by then.
The weapon’s performance: In PvP, many Guardians see the new pulse rifle as a solid choice, but the Outbreak can really shine in battles against PvE enemies.
There, the firearm is useful in combat against larger enemy groups, but the Perfected Outbreak truly unfolds its potential against bosses.
In conjunction with other Guardians using these weapons, a Guardian with the Perfected Outbreak can obliterate almost any strike boss, raid end boss, major or blocker, as well as ancient enemies in no time. It has proven to be a true killer in boss encounters.
Remember that this is a primary weapon that is not dependent on power ammo and is still quite effective without stacking damage buffs.
Moreover, the weapon’s full damage potential has not yet been fully tapped. The Outbreak is likely to become even more powerful with a fully leveled catalyst as a masterpiece.
The Outbreak remains (for now?) unaffected by nerfs: Additionally, it is noteworthy that some strong weapon exotics like Whisper of the Worm or Lord of Wolves will be nerfed for Season 7. Although Bungie has not disclosed all sandbox changes for the Season of Opulence, the Outbreak is currently not affected by these nerfs.
Unless a nerf occurs, the weapon will likely maintain its strong performance in the upcoming season. Thus, you would already have one of the currently best weapons in your arsenal right at the start of the new content – especially for PvE content.
This firearm could prove particularly important in the new raid, which starts on June 5, right at the beginning of the season, especially due to its boss-killer qualities. If you want to get started with the raid right away, you should have this weapon with you – it could definitely pay off.

What exactly makes it so strong? The combination of two perks. This allows the weapon to increase its damage in certain situations.
Users of the weapon benefit from the buff effect of other users, allowing the weapon in conjunction, for example in a group with 6 Outbreaks, to achieve sometimes exorbitant damage values for a primary weapon. Up to 50,000 per shot is possible – mind you, with a primary weapon.
The masterpiece catalyst is likely to increase the weapon’s damage even further. Therefore, the effort for the Perfected Outbreak is definitely worth it.
How to get the weapon: The Perfected Outbreak is tied to its own exotic quest. At the end, you will receive the weapon itself and unlock a heroic version of the final mission “The Hour Zero”. Through this mission, you can earn and level the catalyst for the weapon. You can find more about it here:
