What’s happening in Destiny 2 right now? Without much announcement, a secret quest was recently discovered. For about 24 hours now, the Guardians have been working on the task “Exploration of the Corridors of Time”.
Many progress has already been made – however, the puzzle is still not completely solved. I would like to briefly explain to you why such tasks continually fascinate in the world of Destiny.

Through clans or activities like raids, players are even more closely bonded together. Personally, I also often log in just to help a buddy or just to “shoot aliens in the face together.”
However, the community comes closest together during the hardest activities. In addition to the first completion of a raid, the puzzles of the secret missions also count. The big streamers and Destiny personalities cannot solve Bungie’s incredibly difficult tasks alone.
Entire armies of helpful Guardians stand at the forefront. They tirelessly contribute to the solution in small efforts. The thread from Raidsecrets revolves around the solution of the current quest with 8500 upvotes and more than 4000 comments. The feeling of contributing to solving the seemingly impossible task fascinates many users.
The hype around the current task benefits from the fact that every Guardian can try it for themselves. The mission is accessible to all, and rewards are already waiting. Besides lore entries, you can also earn a sleek emblem, for example.

Surprise in the summer lull: In the summer of 2018, Destiny 2 was quiet. The content powder was spent. The Guardians prepared for the fact that nothing would happen until fall (Forsaken). But a surprise woke the players from their “summer sleep”.
