Fallout is certainly (still) not a completed game. But it has potential.

1. Fallout 76 has great potential

2. Bethesda reacts to criticism
What especially indicates that Fallout is a viable foundation and that a great game can be built on it are Bethesda’s current reactions. Communication with players during the actual beta left much to be desired.

The group of people who enjoy Fallout 76 does not want to let anyone ruin their enjoyment of the game. Yes, Fallout 76 has flaws. But work is being done on them. And if they are not fixed, one can always stop playing the game.
What we do not need are people who dictate how we should view something – neither positively nor negatively.
4. The interest in Fallout 76 is high
The last reason is something that we journalists and writers notice more, which players and the community might overlook. The interest in Fallout 76 is quite high when measured against Google search trends.
This means that people are directly searching for content related to Fallout 76. They do not want to learn how bad Fallout 76 is. They want to know how they can succeed in Fallout 76 and get things done.
