How does it work with the skins in Tarisland? Tarisland is a free MMORPG and offers skins for sale in the shop. Players who do not want to spend money cannot simply change their appearance by switching equipment, as the look in the game does not change with new items.
However, those who do not want to spend money on skins do not leave empty-handed. Through a mechanic in the game, everyone can get free skins and mounts.

Achievements reward you with new skins in the game
How do players get the free skins? The skins are free, but not a gift. To obtain a new look, players must achieve various accomplishments.
For the skins that affect the players’ armor, it is simply the achievement for reaching equipment level 90, 100, or 110. For this, you need to obtain new equipment in dungeons and raids.
Anyone who wants skins for a new weapon appearance only needs a weapon of equipment level 90, 100, or 110. Each one unlocks a new skin that matches the outfit of that equipment level. It is also possible to choose “old” skins even if you are already wearing a higher equipment level.
Additionally, there are more skins waiting for hardcore raiders. For completing the raids on the Elite and Epic difficulty levels, the developers will also drop new outfits. Free mounts are also available for the achievements of the challenging raids.
Where can you find free mounts? There are also free mounts in Tarisland. Besides those from the challenging raids, the free selection is even much larger than with the weapon and equipment outfits.
- All reputation factions have their own mount that can be purchased for silver upon reaching the respective reputation level.
- The guild shop and the friendship shop each offer a mount when you complete activities with your guild members or friends.
- In the PvP shop, there is also a mount for anyone who unlocks the rank “Realm-Prince”.
- As compensation for maintenance work, there are so-called time travel tokens in Tarisland, which you can also exchange for the mount “Goldenhorn Rhino”.
- As a reward for the arena rank, there is the “Red Armored Wolf” mount.
- For any reputation at level 10, there is the “Blue Phoenix” mount.
- Anyone who masters all dungeons in “Challenge Mode” will receive the “Armored Wolf” mount.
