The dungeon Torghast in WoW Shadowlands has received a hotfix. The unlocking of layers has been extended to all characters of an account.
What happened? In an update, Blizzard adjusted the new Shadowlands dungeon Torghast. The new change mainly targets twink players.
The unlocked layers in Torghast now apply account-wide and can be used by all characters. In Blizzard’s announcement, it states:
With a hotfix, we have implemented a layer-sharing system for players who want to farm Torghast with multiple characters. The hotfix is now live.
If you have completed a Torghast layer on any character now, your other characters will also gain access to it. (As long as they meet the usual requirements for Torghast).

This makes the dungeon much more enjoyable for players who also want to run it with their twinks. They no longer have to grind to the highest layer with each character individually, saving a lot of time.
Are there any restrictions? In the announcement regarding the hotfix, Blizzard warns that the hotfix does not go back too far. This means that if you have not completed Torghast for a while, you would need to do a run with your main character first.
After that, the layers will also be unlocked for the twinks. Additionally, the Twisted Corridors are not affected:
Please note: The Twisted Corridors will continue to be split separately between the twinks. Completing the Twisted Corridors will not grant you access to normal layers for additional characters of the account.

When does the hotfix apply? The fix has already been deployed to the live servers and is now online. You can therefore run the Torghast layers with your twinks that you have already unlocked on your main character starting now.
