In Diablo 3 the Season 18 has been running for a few weeks now. We take a look at the leaderboard and check which classes and combos are currently the best.
What’s going on in Diablo 3? About three weeks ago, on August 23, the new Season 18 with the theme “Season of Trinity” started in Diablo 3. The season theme is supposed to empower players at all levels, which can certainly be reflected in the leaderboard.
What was the last update? Shortly after the season started, we already checked who could secure the top rankings early on.
On August 28, the Wizard, Witch Doctor, and Crusader were in the top three spots of the Solo leaderboard. Here are their achievements:
- Wizard – GR 128 – ~14 minutes and 29 seconds
- Witch Doctor – GR 123 – ~14 minutes and 49 seconds
- Crusader – GR 116 – ~12 minutes and 30 seconds
The Best Classes in Diablo 3 – Status September 13
How does it look now? We take a look at the different leaderboards and show you who is currently leading. In each of the rankings, the Wizard is prominently represented. This class only landed on place 2 of your favorite classes in Season 18 in Diablo 3.
Solo: In solo play, the Crusader has been pushed out of the top 3. Instead, the Necromancer received a strong boost and fought his way to second place.
- Wizard – GR 134 in ~14 minutes and 23 seconds
- Necromancer – GR 133 in ~14 minutes and 46 seconds
- Witch Doctor – GR 130 in ~14 minutes and 53 seconds
- Crusader – GR 125 in ~ 14 minutes and 31 seconds
- Barbarian – GR 123 in ~13 minutes and 50 seconds
- Demon Hunter – GR 123 in ~ 14 minutes and 41 seconds
- Monk – GR 121 in ~ 14 minutes and 35 seconds

Duo: Initially, teams of Wizard and Necromancer led the two-player leaderboard. But this combo has now been pushed to third place. First and second place are occupied by groups of Wizard and Monk.
Trio: The composition of the top placement for trio players has not changed. A group of Barbarian, Necromancer, and Wizard still leads the list. They achieve GR 141 together, three weeks ago the maximum was GR 130. Behind them are Wizard, Monk, and Necromancer.
Quad: The group composition of the 4-player teams has not changed. However, teams of Wizard, Monk, Barbarian, and Necromancer now reach GR level 150. When we checked three weeks ago, the maximum was level 139.
