This is the current record: The highest Paragon level worldwide is said to be 20,000. The Chinese player Edey is currently the only player in the world with this level. He achieved this record in November 2021.
His official profile is only accessible in Chinese and has been unreachable for some time. However, a screenshot of his achievement was shared in a forum and discussed.
The highest level in Europe is held by the player Devil with 16,544 (as of January 5, 2022).
Is there a maximum Paragon level? According to the screenshot and statements, there are no experience points after Paragon 20,000. It is said to be impossible to level up further. However, very few will probably even reach that far.
How long does it take? The player himself has not specified how long he played in total. However, according to some comments, the journey from 10,000 to 20,000 is said to have taken over 6,000 hours.
The experience required for Paragon levels increases exponentially with each level. While it starts faster, it takes longer at the end. So there are likely still a few hundred more hours needed.
