What is Star Trek Online? The MMORPG Star Trek Online (STO) takes place in the universe of the popular TV series and films featuring Captain Kirk, Captain Picard, and the other heroes. You take control of your own spaceship and experience not only battles in space but also adventures on planets or space stations.

Moreover, you can form fleets with other players and face challenges together. However, this is not strictly necessary.
