The announcement of the PS Plus games for June 2020 seems to be delayed. So far, only one game for the new month is known.

When are PS Plus games released? Normally, Sony always shows which games PS Plus subscribers can expect in the coming month by the last Wednesday of the month, around 5:30 PM. Delays are rather unusual here.
So far, however, there has been no official announcement of the new free games for June 2020. Sony has also not disclosed official information on when these will be released and why the announcement has been delayed.
A possible announcement could be made during the State of Play stream, which is scheduled for 10 PM and is supposed to provide insight into the new The Last Of Us II. Officially, this is not the case – and it would also be rather unusual for PS Plus.
Which games will PS Plus bring in June?
This game is already known: With Call of Duty: WW2, one game for PS Plus is already known since the beginning of the week. However, there is also an unusual occurrence: It was announced prematurely, and it is already available in the store, instead of going on offer a week after the usual announcement.
What comes with it? Normally, at least two games for PS4 are included in the free games for PS Plus. With the reveal of the second game, it was actually expected today, but so far no other games besides CoD: WW2 are known.
A leak recently pointed out Star Wars Battlefront 2 as a possible second game. However, this should be taken with caution: For example, last month a leak that mentioned the games Dying Light and Dark Souls Remastered did not come true.
Whether the multiplayer shooter in the Star Wars universe actually makes it into the June lineup will only be revealed with an official announcement of the PS Plus games. Sony may also want to respond to the leak and bring another game now.
