Hearthstone continually inspires fans to create their own creations – one, however, has gone too far, having created over 700 Pokemon-Hearthstone cards.

Fans are often very creative when it comes to developing fictional content for their favorite games. The hearthpwn user pomonkeypo has unleashed his love for Hearthstone and combined it with his long-time joy for the monster collection game Pokemon. He has created a unique Hearthstone card for every Pokemon, which not only showcase new and exciting mechanics, but also have a well-thought-out balancing.
Anyone who dives a little into their childhood memories knows that even the first set of Pokemon contained over 150 different monsters, but now there are well over 700!
Just based on the mechanics that pomonkeypo has come up with, the collection is already worth a look, and I wouldn’t be surprised if some of those ideas actually appear in a future Hearthstone expansion – albeit not as Pokemon, but as characters from the Warcraft lore.
