Unfortunately, it is not uncommon for MMOs and multiplayer games to leave much to be desired in terms of quality and enjoyment. What are the biggest regrets you’ve faced and why?
No matter how hard we try, we cannot always protect ourselves from buying regrets 100%. Whether it’s a vacuum cleaner that gives up after 2 weeks, a book that’s completely uninteresting, or multiplayer games.
In the booming gaming industry, there are now games available like sand on the beach and they all want our money and attention. MMOs and multiplayer games particularly want this, as they thrive on long-term motivation.
Unfortunately, they cannot always provide this motivation. More often than not, we find ourselves disappointed, putting down the controller or turning off the PC because the new flashy MMO or multiplayer game has turned out to be a bad purchase.
While there are reviews from gaming magazines, YouTubers, and users on Steam or Metacritic, sometimes it happens that you end up with a particularly poor choice in a game.
This is especially frustrating when you were really looking forward to the game, and after purchase, you suddenly find that the highly anticipated game is a total flop.
Where is the survey? This time we have not prepared a survey box with different options for you. Instead, you can freely share in the comments about which MMO and multiplayer regrets have particularly annoyed you.
What games were they? Why did you even buy them? Did regret about the purchase come immediately or was the disappointment a more gradual process over several weeks? Did you permanently say goodbye to the game or do you still check in occasionally to see if things have improved?
Let us know.
