Whether it’s during WoW Classic, FFXIV: Endwalker, New World or now also Lost Ark. During launches of major, highly anticipated MMORPGs, the servers often burst at the seams and can hardly accommodate any new players.
So people have to wait until they are let through by the server, and long queues form. That is… really, really long queues that comprise several tens of thousands of players. And they stretch out like bubblegum.
Often, players have to wait for many hours before they can finally get online. And if you happen to be particularly unlucky, there’s a connection error in the middle of waiting, you get kicked out and have to queue again.
Some people really lose their temper in such cases. Others remain calm and either play something else or continue to wait patiently until it’s their turn. And how about you?
