The locations: According to Anon, Destiny 3 will launch with 4 locations – Europe, Old Chicago, Venus, and the flagship of the pyramid-like constructs that have already been seen in a cutscene from Destiny 2. This is intended to be a new endgame location modeled after the Dreaming City.
A new enemy: The main enemy is said to be a new race – the Veil. These are described as a kind of astro-demons with dark green skin and sharp claws, supposedly smelling of damp earth – as previously mentioned by Ada-1’s mother in the lore.
These creatures are said to be the true servants of Darkness and are not inferior to the Guardians, in fact, they might even be more powerful.
The story: During the first Collapse, the god of the Veil was slain in a conflict with the Light. Since then, the Veil have been waiting for the Traveler to awaken. They want to use its power to resurrect their dead god.
The abilities: Abilities based on Darkness have been confirmed. Whether there will be changes or new features in the traditional subclasses, Anon was not able to specify.
New game design: There will be open-world PvEvP areas that resemble more Planetside than The Division. Whether there will be changes to the Crucible is unknown.
